Etiquette and Expectations

• There is a $10 per student Registration Fee due at the first lesson of the year.

• Fees are due on or before the first lesson of the month.

• There is a $10 late charge for fees received after the 7th of the month.

• Make checks payable to: Piano Lessons Online.  Or pay via Zelle , lornathomasmusic@gmail.com 

• If you cannot come to a lesson due to illness, please contact me via phone, text, or email.

• Should you miss your lesson, please attend the Performance Class to make it up.  Should I miss your lesson, a make-up lesson will be arranged at a time that suites both the student and myself.  

• I shall provide students with the link for books. Students need to bring all books to their lessons each week.

• Please provide your child with a 3 ringed binder with plastic pockets so that I can write down homework and they can keep handouts in the pockets.  

• Parents may voluntarily observe classes with prior arrangement only at the first lesson of the month. Please help me optimize your child’s piano lessons by cooperating in this regard.

• Younger siblings are not permitted to disrupt lessons.

• Please be punctual both for arriving and departing lessons.

• Friends of students who are not registered with Lorna Thomas Music are not permitted to attend lessons as guests on a regular basis.

• The Studio will be closed on major public holidays.
